Dental Payment Plans
Super Dental Family Center has a variety of dental payment plans. We accept patients with and without dental insurance. We offer a 6-month 0% financing option to ensure that your dental treatment and cosmetic procedures are affordable. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We offer extended dental payment plans to those who need it. We use 6-month 0% financing with CareCredit. This is a 3rd party payment plan specifically designed for dental patients. This payment option can be used for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.
Dental Insurance
Super Dental Family Center welcomes patients with and without dental insurance. We accept most dental insurance plans including indemnity (traditional) insurance and PPO plans. Please call our office at (847) 729-8580 to find out if we are a participating provider on your insurance plan.
We will estimate your portion and ask you to pay that amount at the time of service. Please be advised, this is only an ESTIMATE and does not guarantee that your insurance company will cover the remainder of the fee. The insurance company makes the final determination as to how much they pay. We can only offer an estimate. The patient is responsible for payment of any fees their insurance company does not cover.
Get the maximum insurance benefit allowable for your dental treatment. We will work with you and your insurance company to process your claims. Unfortunately, your dental insurance company will only pay for a portion of your dental care. Most cosmetic procedures and whitening will not be covered by insurance but we offer a variety of payment options.
